Order Processing

All orders placed with Hong camp are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, which will include tracking information.

Please note that business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We primarily offer Standard Shipping for all orders. Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • United States (US): 5-15 business days
  • European Union (EU): 7-20 business days

These delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

We are pleased to offer:

  • Free Standard Shipping on all orders totaling $50 USD or more.
  • For orders under $50 USD, a flat rate shipping fee will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the specific items in your order.

All shipping costs will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

International Shipping

Hong camp proudly ships to customers in the United States (US) and countries within the European Union (EU).

Please be aware that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and will not be covered by Hong camp. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information regarding potential charges before placing your order.

We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance processes.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and progress of your shipment on the designated carrier’s website.

  • Address Accuracy: Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate before finalizing your order. Hong camp is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for any re-shipping costs.
  • Delays: While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Hong camp is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, severe weather conditions, customs procedures, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
